Finally got the knock last night! (6 months in) At 12:55 am , Officer kindly let us know that there are no overnight parking in streets allowed in Douglas County, and instead go sleep somewhere privately owned like Safeway(4 mins away) or even Casino nearby. Ended up spending the night at a Safeway safely!

*Seasonal* We parked here because it's nearly impossible to find a parking spot in Lake Tahoe Area. We visited the place during off season (March 31), so we spent a night at a quiet, tranquil place where we caught up on our much needed sleep. Dog friendly trail and Dog friendly beach nearby. Great trail access and good service (AT&T)
