Stayed overnight, no issues.

The lot that you’re allowed to park in is now a giant construction site so no viable parking here for overnight.

Stayed over Friday night. Other cars in lot when I arrived, people seem to use it as free parking for the bars/restaurants around the corner so you hear people coming back to their cars but quiets down by 10 or 11pm. There is some construction near but doesn't seem to start until 7 or 8am. No complaints, felt very safe. (Also recommend restoration coffee and clear sky cafe both only a couple minutes away walking!)
