So much glass on the ground I didn’t even stop long enough to let my dog out. Looks like someone was shooting bottles recently. Absolutely disgusting - didn’t even look further and left assuming the whole place was trashed since there weren’t that many spots anyways. Would be fine for a night but unless you want to spend an entire day cleaning glass up, not recommended. 😢

Mix of BLM and state land. From Pinal Pioneer Pkwy, easy 1 mile drive into Freeman Road. Beautiful location with lot of cactus! Not many actual spots to camp/park but I was alone so plenty of space in the one spot that’s just before the “1 mile” sign. From that big spot If you take the small road that goes west you’ll find a few more spots, more secluded. Cell service good for AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile (I have a cell booster). Small downside, once a while I had bees coming into the van, not a lot but enough to be annoying and have to close the door. Might just have been the spot I was at.
