Very clean and quite parking lot. We only spent one night bc we were tired after running errands. Lots of Trash Cans if you need to dump trash. We were able to pull WiFi from Fresko and Home Depot to the Van depending on where we parked. We moved towards the back a bit when it was time to sleep
