Not a free overnight parking spot. And not for everybody either. They have a 9' clearance limit because of a bridge you must go under. Parking is only free from 2am till 5am all other hours require a $4/hour fee and a 10 hour parking limit. We walked around to check we were in the right place and the park seems really nice, would love to go back there during the day. They have restrooms, drinking water fountain, volleyball and basketball courts, beach gym, everything seemed really nice and clean.

Great sunset!!! Stayed with my wife and dog at night at it was so quiet. The only bad thing was that they pick up the garbage around 5:30am.
