I stayed here and it was absolutely beautiful and peaceful but there are clear NO CAMPING signs and feel we were luck not to get a knock in the middle of the night.

Deep inside the rim of the lake so it feels like you’re miles away from everything. Close to the boat launch and trailheads. Great place to use as a basecamp for Yosemite.
