The water has been shut off. Air doesn’t work. At least gas was cheap $3.99! Says no overnight parking but there are a ton of trucks and RVs in here after midnight, and there’s a road nearby. We didn’t stay.

Lot is posted no overnight parking, but very full of vehicle dwellers anyways. The attached street was completely full of vehicle dwellers at 11pm. I wasn’t able to find a spot to park, so I went one street down the road. I like sleeping at truck stops, but I really regret spending my time driving to this one. I won’t come back to this spot. It seems to be working out for about 20 other vehicles, so your experience might differ from mine.
