State or national park that's right on the water. Not a bad spot to overnight. 15 minutes walk to malecón and downtown.

Nice spot right on the water. Pretty busy from locals so now much privacy, on the weekends (including Sunday night) it's busy and loud. Some broken glass and other garbage. The views though...

Perfect free spot to overnight. Stayed here twice in a two week period. One night there were MANY other campers. The next time there was one. So can be busy. The locals come to hang out and they’re pretty loud. With earplugs there isn’t really a problem. The sign says you need a permit but has no other information and no one asked for money. Great place to bird watch! So many vultures around.
