Off the beaten path, down a bit of a bumpy road, you'll find a row of palapas along the beach that's not very busy at all. Very quiet and peaceful. Watch for soft sand next to the palapas, we checked them all out before settling on the one that looked the hardest and had no issues getting in or out.
