OVERVIEW
Shady Cove Group Campground is a beautiful place to camp within the Children's National Forest. It provides access to numerous trails and a lookout tower, with a climbing area nearby. The Children's Forest was burned in a devastating wildfire and was rebuilt with the help of area children.

Looks like it's closed for the season and idk the price for the camping spot went back to check it out. It looks like it would be an amazing spot to stay at. It's gots bathrooms, picnic tables, a trash can and them tucked around boulers and views of the mountains and valley. too and lots of birds singing in the trees :) there is a small lake but it looked fenced off
