Warm, clean bathrooms and picnic tables nestled along path/trees. Relatively quiet with only occasional road noise. Cell service comes and goes otherwise a 4-5 star rest stop.

Pretty packed as the northbound side rest stop is still closed for construction. Most campers were parked or double parked in the RV/big rig spots, some people on the side in the grass. Overall a good place to stay for free if you don’t want to get a campsite. Bathrooms were open and clean.
