There are meters in this beach access lot nestled between two condos and just a dune away from the beach, but there is signage that they are only enforced 7am-7pm.

Great place to stay. Busy on the weekend but quiet on a week day morning. Ocean view from our window and it is ok to take dogs on beach.

Stayed here one night. Ended up paying for the day the next morning since meter starts at 7 AM. Down side is dogs are not allowed in this portion of beach. Had to move down about a mile and a half. Minus one star for some random sea sewage smell in the middle of the night.
