We slept here overnight with no issues. There's a small park and apartments (I think) on the other side of the street. Maybe this grassy parking patch is also overflow for them so it's not questionable. It was perfect, slightly nose up but level side to side. Lots of grass for the animals. Wag bags provided. Two picnic benches and a trash bin.
