Free overnight parking on a quiet street. We parked here and walked all around St. Augustine. It's paid parking until 5pm and starts again at 8am, so as long as you're out before then, it's free. And a beautiful view.

All the reviews are accurate and were really helpful. Stayed here 12/7 - 12/9. No issues. It’s beautiful here! Also, I stayed on the street at 5pm until 8am THEN moved over to 3 Riberia St. where you’ll find a FREE lot for RVS and Busses. Free until 10, no overnights. So I moved back and forth, very easy and you can walk everywhere at either location.

Not as quiet as the OG review made it seem to be, but it was free and right by the water so can’t complain too much. This spot was perfect.

Stayed one night, parked paralell across from the homes and B&Bs along the boardwalk. There was much traffic and zero parking until after 5pm. When I finally was able to get a parking spot it was very comfortable, beautiful and there was an electrical outlet right outside my door. There is a clean bathroom at the pier, well spaced garbage recepticals and the street is moderately lighted. The foot traffic continued til midnight and started early in morning with joggers and photographers capturing the sunrise over the harbor. But everyone was very respectful and it was not noisy at all. I very much liked this place.

Free Wonderful on street parking for an overnight stay right next to the water after 5pm. Well lit at night, peaceful with the occasional passing car. Be sure to catch the sunrise in the morning and pay for parking at 8am if you plan to stay for a bit at the spot.

Beautiful view, moderately quiet, parking can sometimes be difficult to find.

Stayed here 2 nights week of thanksgiving. No issues. Parked at the end right next to a portapotty. Was pretty quiets, cats start coming through around 6am. Great place to watch the sunrise! You can park free 5pm-8am, then move around the corner and park til 10am.
