Not closed but the little dirt path down to this area is snow covered so not easy accessible during the winter but I'm sure ssomw vehicles could get up and down it. It's in a beautiful area surrounded by some mountains, right along a river, and near several Hot Springs. There are firings and one little grill. 10-day maximum but looks like it's free camping
