The road is pretty busy, but parking is allowed overnight (the sign says until 7 am), and there's a pretty nice view when the tide is in. There are porta-potties, too.

I’m not sure about sleeping here, but it’s a great spot to hang out for the day. Grocery stor is across the street and there’s a bike/walking path that goes for miles along the water.
