Despite the misleading name this is in fact an unmanaged campground where anyone can camp! You don't have to be part of a reserved group. Plenty of small dirt roads with lots of pullout options. Some of which have fire pits. Though at certain times of year open fires are not allowed. Some trash, depending on the site and you can hear some road noise but overall a great place to stay on Charleston!
