Like the other review says, it’s free in the wintertime! I parked here for 4 days with no issues. The 1 minute walk to the beach was bliss.

This is paid parking in season but winter season starting Nov. 1 and I think ending April 1? Is free. I parked here for a week straight. Right on the beach. A restaurant walking distance and a bar. And this city is just awesome.

Seems like no parking restrictions enforced November to Feb! Had a great, quiet night and a beautiful sunrise on the pier. Public restroom in the pier store. Will be back!
