No signs for no overnight parking but got quesyioned by a squad of police officers. Informed no camping or staying in vehicle overnight allowed.

Public Beach Access parking lots like this one are free from 7pm to 9 am all along Wrightsville Beach, but you can pay a $25 daily fee to park all day or an hourly rate for a few hours. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beach during peak season. It was quiet and safe when I parked here overnight in late May. Beautiful sunrise. No amenities except the beach is right outside your door!
