This is a parking lot where a lot of van (4WD/AWD recommended!) drive onto the sand! Some people camp out there (watch tide levels!) or sleep in the parking area. I marked a dirt turn out before you get to the above that we stayed in. It was level and not as crowded as the parking lot area. There's a gate that says no trespassing beyond it.

Definitely recommend. There was an exodus the first night I stayed for some reason so I left, but tried it the next night without issues. Beautiful spot.
