Nice spot between a hotel and some apartments down by the river ; I have never had any issues here but we are always respectful and quiet and don’t over stay

This is the parking lot of a vacant office building which is right next to some soccer fields. Nobody uses this parking lot. It’s quiet and flat. There’s a few planes flying over but with our skoolie maxfan, some ear plugs and an eye mask we slept like babies for a solid 8 hours. We drove past a security guard when we came in but they never drove over and told us to leave. We’re not sure they were asleep or not because their car lights were on so we couldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t tell the next person to leave. Also, once the building is leased again I doubt the employees would tolerate parking next to us and walking into their office.
