neat little campground with most sites tucked up against the namesake rock outcropping. lots of free boondocking nearby, but worth it to us to be able to hang out on the rocks while drinking coffee. the fee also helps support the vault toilets that are shared with dispersed campers. no water or cell coverage, but ~10 min drive to needles outpost shop and the needles visitor center (entry fee required). surrounding landscape is just stunning so you can’t go wrong camping anywhere around here.
Gorgeous spot! $15/night with pit toilets and fire rings. We fit two vehicles in one spot. Each spot feels private because they’re up against the rocks. Absolutely incredible place to watch the sunset each night. About 10 minutes outside the needles entrance to Canyonlands.
$15 camping with pit toilet and picnic tables. Beautiful area, no service.
