This location is very quiet only some weekends kids come down and do donuts and teen drinking can be very annoying but on the weekdays day or night I have came here to rest and it's perfect. It's a cul-de-sac like parking there is a trail head you can walk your critters on :-] there are street lights at night and others sleep here as well, be ware the train guy drives a truck that looks like a cop vehicle at a glance but they have never messed with me ever!!! You only get into trouble if you're caught anywhere UNDER the overpass bridge because it's considered railroad property and they can arrest you, but as long at you're parked in the cul-de-sac you're golden!!!

Quiet and by the water. A little sketchy feeling but I'd still come back. Full bars of service
