Fab little free spot with access to trails. Close to town and eastern entrance to North Cascades! 2 bars LTE Verizon that is very reliable. Pit toilet available. No water. Overall very clean. Bit dusty with people driving the forest road but not to worry.

Nice spot with lots of trails to the creek, river or climbing. Sno-park lot and a few pull offs around it have visible signal. But further on the NF road has no signal but nicer spots. Town is very close and has nice gear shop and fancy grocery.

If you stay here keep it clean. This is our backyard. Please and thank you.

Easy access to Mazama, with little road traffic. I ended up staying in a pullout almost directly past the sno-park, but did see a few others camped in the area. Verizon had 2-3 bars LTE coverage.

Not a bad spot for a night if you’re headed towards North Cascades. Plenty of space and several other campers there. No cell signal. Very quiet in the evening/morning.
