Looks out over the Everett water front.

Park closes at dusk. View out over industrial port. Nice grassy park with some trees and trash cans. Restrooms located in park across the street. The gate was locked so you'll have to walk around or jump the fence. Did not stay so I cannot comment if you'll get a knock or not. Deep parking spaces!
