I can't believe nobody knows this!! Vista Point is considered a rest area, and as such, you can park over night to sleep, the restrooms are opened 24/7 and it's pretty friendly, RVs welcomed. Also, walking up to the gorgeous view of The Golden Gate Bridge and Bay area is not too shabby. 100% recommend. Just make sure to bring your own paper, as the restrooms are not the cleanest...

Great spot!!! Definitely the ease of use and the stunning view are its best qualities. Stayed here on a Thursday night and it was LOUD. Not the traffic, it’s the people. Out here partying til 2+ am and not afraid to shake the van thinking it’s funny. Cars blasting their music. White noise and/or earplugs are a must. Bathrooms are a disaster. Still a worthy spot for sure, just be prepared.
