Beautiful roadside area by the river. No overnight access, but you can park along the highway (avoid the no parking zones). Walk over the guard rail towards the river to find a small path down. The water here is too cold and fast for swimming, but there are a lot of spots to set up chairs or a blanket. Can get busy on sunny weekends. Pack it in, pack it out. Please be respectful of this area.
