Small parking lot with beach front. I spent a couple nights here with no problem and watched the most amazing sunsets. There is not bathrooms or anything, just the rocky beach. I got 2-3 Verizon bars with LTE.
The cops comes everyday but they didn’t say anything. The were a couple other campers staying here too.

Beach at your doorstep and with signal. Not very secluded, you can see the houses on the cliff, but still nice to have beach access
Stayed here one night with no problems. I arrived at night and the beach entrance sneaks up on you, so keep your eyes peeled. Quiet and feels more secluded than it really is. Continuous fog horn in the distance but didn’t bother me one bit. One other van joined me during the night. 2-3 bars (AT&T) awesome sunrise.
