They took down the apartments on the South side of the street and there is an undeveloped lot on the North side.
I parked here around 3 pm on Black Friday and now it’s 720. The traffic noise is sort of obnoxious but has eased back. The neighborhood is fairly safe. I will update if I have any problems.

It seems this is a great shortcut so people went by at high speed most of the night.
