There are multiple water spigots here. There's one right at the entrance next to a handicap parking spot. If you arrive before dusk or if you stay overnight and in the morning you can access the picnic area and there are spigots next to each picnic table. There are parking spots all along the side so your hose should reach just fine to a few of them.
