Parked here one night on the East side (Kerby Ave), there's a lot with no house so we felt a little less intrusive to the people who live there. There's a fairly clean porta potty in the middle of the park so we had a bathroom all night! Felt pretty safe, another RV and a van parked on the street with us. The park stayed active even after sunset with people walking their dogs, playing drums, running, and walking about, but quieted down by 9ish.

Parking overnight is allowed. Don't camp out, one night and then rotate to a different spot. Feels safe here imo; there are usually other vans parked.
