Unlimited parking time between designated signs. Across from paid lots and next to trian tracks so it can get loud here and there but it's pretty maizng spot being so close to downtown. Just across the street from tht capitol building. Was in the city for journalism work (humanizing through story) and this spot was perfect. Stayed here 3 or 4 different night and all day long.

Apparently it's changed to pay to park $2.25 per hour in force 24/7...
