Overnight Parking
Street side parking right next to a public park with tennis courts, swings, picnic tables, fire grills, clean pit toilets, playground. No 'no overnight' signs. Across the street from a levee trail right on the Yellowstone River with 'no parking' signs for that side of the street. Very quiet with an a Casio alert train in the background somewhere. I camped along w 2 other vehicles. Clean, let's keep it that way!
Arrived at night, parked on the street within the park. No parking signs on one side, no signs on the other. Had no issues and there was no one else around, but it was in December. There is also a little parking lot near to an off-leash (un-fenced) dog area in the park as well that another vehicle overnighted in. Nice walking trails along the river to walk the pupper in the morning. Livingston is WINDY, at least in the winter. 60 mph wind gusts, apparently normal, so the van was rocking all night and it's what caused us to pull off in the first place. As soon as we got to Bozeman, wind was gone.
