This campground is quite the place! Like a small city! It has a dog park, playground, showers, and lots of different sized campsites. Good for tents, RVs, groups etc. We stayed in group 3 area, which was pretty small sites side by side, but all had full hookups (power, water & sewer). The cool thing is that even tho these sites are small, they were on $20 and there’s a pretty grassy beach with lots of fire pits on it, so you can watch the water and bridge from these communal spaces. We biked to the Mackinac Island Ferry, there’s a great crushed gravel bike trail right from the park, then a 3mile ride or so. It was actually almost a mile from our campsite to the path if that gives you a good idea of how big this place is!! If you don’t want to bike, there’s a free shuttle to the ferry that will even take your bikes on a trailer
