Much more traffic than desired. But flat and no bother. Residential side has no parting signs but but other side. Schizophrenic homeless guy screaming to himself all morning sucked.

Does the job. Gets some traffic in the morning. Not very pretty but convenient

Parked at the street around 11PM and stayed overnight. No issues. Occasional cars driving by. Not a busy road. Pretty level pavement.
