Parking is not allowed in the parking lot. However you can park on the surface streets. I parked behind the Safeway and it was quiet for the two nights I parked there. You do need to pay attention to the street cleaning signs though. I left each day to go to work. Never had an issue.

Arrived around 7:00 and there are a couple van and an rv parked here.
