Stayed one night, perfect.

There are a few parking spots at the end of Columbia Ave next to the Holiday Inn Express. These are riverfront spots with an excellent view and easy access to the walking path. There is some moderate street noise, but nothing unbearable.

Great location with beautiful view of ships, ocean and bridge. Easy access to walking trail and restaurants but lots of young partiers pull up alongside and one of them backed into us. She was very intoxicated and took off after we went back into our skoolie for just a second. Only a couple scratches on the skoolie but completely wiped out the rear passenger panel of her car. We called and reported this to the police so she wouldn't endanger anyone else and because we took pictures of the license plate they were able to apprehend and put her into custody.
