This is a beautiful ranch that is mainly used for mountain biking trails and events/competitions. There is camping available for $30/person first night and $20 additional nights ($15 kids, $10 additional nights). Fire rings out of rocks, dumpster, non potable water, and porta potty's available. There are RV electrical hook ups available for additional cost of $25 to plug in. Camping allows you to enjoy the activities onsite such as fishing, kayak/canoeing (rental shop nearby, not onsite), hiking and biking. Cash or check only. Seems very expensive to me for not much to offer. We stayed here free with a film crew for a can tour we did.
