Lovely dispersed spot right along the Salmon river! Plenty of open areas and a few spots to tuck back into. Service was okay In area, would benefit from booster. Close to town and amenities. Camp areas and surround terrain clean and TP free! Keep it that way 🤘

Many spots. Can be busy. Very laid back for surroundings and fellow campers. Turn past bridge heading south about 1/4 mile. Road a bit rocky. Follow road and stay to left.

No longer an option for dispersed camping. Day use only. There are many other options for camping nearby but it looks like it must be on a designated spot.

Heads up: Google maps may take you across the street, be sure to satellite view first. We loved this spot right on the Salmon river!! The camping area holds about a dozen rigs of just about any size. The sites right on the river may be a bit tight of a turnabout for big rigs, but there is a small loop before you get to the river that’ll fit a rig of any size. Cell phone signal is a bit touch and go, cell boosters will definitely help. There is a small informal trail that goes up river to the fish hatchery, a nice small trip from camp. Bring your camping air mattress for a nice float back to camp on the river. Would definitely come again if we’re in the area!
