It’s nice and quiet at night. A pedestrian here and there walking along the beach. As the sun rises it gets busier with more pedestrians and traffic. Some cars drive so fast and close that they shake your car when they pass by. Just note that in the morning there will be people walking along the beach so unless your windows are tinted or have blinds you won’t feel 100% privacy.

Safe free overnight, but wouldn’t stay more than one night as this is a “small town vibe” w/in Bay Area and ppl notice things. This is on a 2mi stretch of beach one side (view semi-blocked by bushes, but right there) and lots of apartment complexes on the other side. Bike and walking path in between parking spots and beach (or park on the other side next to apartment buildings). Pay attention to street sweeping signs and be discreet- slept there w/ my preteen after a night beach stroll and felt safe. It’s on a road, but speed limit is 25mph (on whole island) and quiets down lots at night.

Nice spot to getaway from the heat. It was still noise till 11pm on a weekday.
