Disperse camping just a handful of spots one or two designated firings. No T-Mobile service Rocky dirt road wouldn't recommend larger vehicles. My 19-ft two-wheel drive van did perfectly okay but there's not much of a turnaround outside of the very end and narrower roads. A beautiful area though if you can snag a location.
