Anything over 22’ in the city limits is considered an RV and cannot just park on city streets. Need a 3-day pass (free) from city, which any resident with a water bill can get. $64 first fine, $182 second fine.

Stayed around the corner from this - nice and quiet and no problems at all. Nice spot
