This BLM area is managed by the Barstow Field Office and features trails for OHVs and is a federally-protected tortoise habitat. Check the satellite for a variety of spots to choose from. They are not super level, but plenty of rocks. Several scattered fire rings in the area. Would be great space for a van gathering! I was able to stream movies with AT&T but upload speeds made zoom difficult. There was quite a bit of broken glass, trash and evidence of shooting, so please do your part and pick up some trash near your campsite before you leave.
