Rest area and scenic view, location with picnic tables, shelters, restrooms, and plenty of parking. There is a “no camping/overnight, parking” signs, but it also seemed as if some vehicles parked overnight. I did not try, but wish I had… a spectacular view with bison roaming in the parking lot.
