Has decent lighting, is open fairly late, free WiFi if you're close enough to the building, and the McDonald's and Dunkin's across the street both have bathrooms and WiFi. I've slept here overnight a few times.
Down the street is a nice park with a pond, walking trail, playground, and rope swing.
