No signs restricting parking. Nicer area with many of the house having big walls and/or bushes so we felt alright parking out front. Short walk or bike ride to downtown or the boardwalk, and the whole cliff side walk too! There's a bathroom and outdoor shower at the first parking lot in the nearby park. Construction on the road about a mile West so definitely better to park here (farther East) right now.

We stayed near here on Delaware St outside a house with a big fence and a few other cars were parked. No signs on this street and we had no issue 10pm-9am
