Water fill, they have a small plastic tube but it's not at all long enough to make it to the street. We used a water bandit to connect to it and our own hose to make it to the street. That did not work. If you are a shorter run it might. You can defintiely fill jugs. They also didn't even have 100 liters. She said max 60.
