Great spot for filling up on fuel and water. Spigot is on the left hand side of the building, if you're facing the doors. We asked about the water after getting fuel.

We saw a spigot on the outside of the building. Went in and asked and the guy at the counter said "sure go ahead, didn't even know there was one." Backed right up to it and hooked our hose with filter on it to refill.
