If you don’t mind dry camping, this is a decent spot close to downtown. It’s just a gravel lot, and you can pick your spot wherever you like. While a lot of other campgrounds nearby are online reservation only, you can pay for this one at the station.

There are a series of campgrounds along the river. All are reservable online as well as at a kiosk. Packed in like sardines but if you’re planning to go fishing this is a great spot close to the marina. Spent two nights here. Weekends get busier.
