Pretty expensive at $50/night for electric and water hook ups, and $40 with no hook ups. Especially considering it’s just a big gravel parking lot. The location is good though, and there really isn’t another option if you need hook ups.

If you want to be in the middle of downtown Seward, this would be the spot to camp. It’s online reservations only, and you can dry camp or get partial/full hookups. Pretty bare-bones for the price, but you do have some lovely views. Four bars 5G on AT&T.
